APC Policy

Historický obzor (Historical Horizon) does not charge authors any Article Processing Charges (APCs) for the publication of accepted manuscripts. There are no submission fees, review fees, publication fees, or other mandatory charges associated with submitting or publishing an article in the journal.

All manuscripts are evaluated according to the journal’s editorial and peer review procedures, and editorial decisions are not influenced by an author’s ability or willingness to pay. The journal aims to support the dissemination of scholarly research without creating financial barriers for authors.

Authors are therefore able to submit their work without any publication-related charges. Readers may also access published content in accordance with the journal’s applicable open access and licensing provisions.
